Keratin Complex® recently brought its KCRIO Restorative Keratin System education tour to Central London, hosting a full day of learning and inspiration in Soho for salon professionals eager to grow their smoothing treatment business.
The day featured two dedicated sessions, beginning with an instructor-led hands-on workshop where attendees experienced the KCRIO Restorative Keratin System application process from consultation through to finished result. The afternoon continued with an engaging Look & Learn led by Keratin Complex Lead Educator Sam Pitham, who shared practical techniques, business insights and real-world salon strategies.
Alongside networking with industry peers, attendees explored how smoothing services can become a valuable revenue stream within the salon. The session also focused on the marketing resources available to support salons, helping professionals understand how to confidently introduce smoothing treatments to clients and build long-term demand for the service.
